Claudia Francesca D'Ammassa (born 1990) studied classical guitar at Santa Cecilia conservatory with Domenico Ascione but following graduation, she devoted herself to luthery. She studied a two-year course at the association Artigianato e Arte in Rome before apprenticing with Gianluca Ceccarini. She has since further refined her construction skills under the guidance of Mario Garrone and Dr. Giuseppe Cuzzucoli. By 2021 she had made 31 guitars.
