Hunter Guitars was established in 1980 by Heinz Scheurke who offered a range of strat, tele, explorer, SG and flying V style electric guitars as well as basses. Custom finishes were avaiable. Scheurke's most notorious guitar had a body shaped like a hemp leaf.
