Kurt Wilson studied of a local luthier in 1986, where he learned the techniques of guitar building. He made his first custom guitar in 1990, which became the Kurt Wilson Standard Edition model. Since 1990, Kurt has refined his skill, and has made over 300 custom guitars. All of Kurt Wilson's guitars are handmade by Kurt himself. In 2015 Kurt incorporated, expanded to become a full service business, and began to distribute his hand-crafted guitars through music dealerships.
