Lap Axe is a brand owned by Quaystone Music Singapore Pte Ltd. Quaystone is run by Pepijn de Blecourt and Bill Ladick who launched the Lap Axe series of electric travel guitar in 2011.Lap Axe travel guitars are short scale length headless electric guitars much like the LapStick design. The guitars are made in Bandung, Indonesia.
