René Wilhelmy has been making guitars since 1978. He is self taught and builds mostly classical guitars. He also does adjustments and repairs, modifications and restorations. Since 2015,he has been teaching some technical courses at the Lutherie-Guitare Bruand school program,in association with the Cégep du Vieux Montréal.
