Stukely guitars were made by Lou Barry from 1998 to 2007. Barry's interest in guitars goes back to the late 1960s when he got his first guitar: a Silvertone electric from Sears. He was enthralled with the instrument and has have been playing and building guitars ever since. He founded Stukely Studio to expand his guitar making hobby and to supply a limited number of guitars to the public. His range included the Stukely Quad1 and Stukely Solo1. By 2011 Lou Barry was building VanSal guitars.
